- All presentations will take place in group rooms based on the Division of your presentation.
- Visitors with enter and exit much like they would in a physical space, with you sharing your screen.
- Each room will open 30-minutes prior to the first scheduled presentation.
- Each room will have a moderator provided by the host institution should technical issues arise.
- Each room will have an Academy respresentive who will coordinate timing and for student presentations, evaluation for presentation awards.
- Oral presentations will be staggered during the morning of April 9, 2022, from 8am until 12noon.
- Plan on 10-15min to present and 5min for questions.
- Poster presentations will be staggered during the afternoon of April 9, 2022, from 1pm to 4:20pm.
- Plan on 5min to present and 5min for questions.
- The main difference from last year is that instead of each poster being presented in its own room, all posters from a division will be in a single Zoom room. We hope this makes it more interactive and realistic. There is also a time schedule for each poster so you don’t have to worry about presentation order.
